Partners with Account Managers, Sales Specialist, Product Managers and customers to support execution of growth & retention initiatives in FX Trading community.
The Go‑To‑Market ("GTM") Manager role is a pivotal one within the Sales & Account Management ("SAM") organization. GTM ensures FX Sales and Post Sales teams, as well as other functions such as Account Management and Customer Consulting, are fully equipped to carry out their roles, and that goals and business priorities are translated into focused execution. This role is specifically aligned to FX Trading community. In this role you will report to the GTM Global Director for FX and support our growth and retention targets in FX, working with key functions across the organization.
Main Priorities
- Partner with the sales and customer success teams and with business owners to support definition and ensure execution of sales & retention priorities.
- Support strategic initiatives working with partners across Sales & Account Management organization, including Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations & Marketing and other LSEG divisions.
- Contribute to the monthly Business Operating Team as the main interlock between SAM and the business/communities to align on priorities, resolve challenges and accelerate growth.
- Provide frontline teams with market and business domain expertise.
- Act as a key partner for the business on Voice of the Customers and ensure proactive communication across teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with the SAM organization to support sales and retention strategy through the end‑to‑end workflow solutions in FX.
- Become a focal point / center of excellence around product communication and knowledge sharing, via regular community calls and other relevant forums and sessions.
- Ensure Trading FX internal pages and MS chats & channels are updated.
- Work with cross‑functional partners in Revenue Operations to adhere to strict data tracking & analytics adoption and capture Voice of the Customers.
- Support the creation of sales enablement, marketing and learning materials.
- Partner with L&D on guaranteeing comprehensive learning, certification programs, and continuous training relevant to retention & growth initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience
- General understanding of FX user workflows across pre‑trade, trade execution and post‑trade for both buy‑side and sell‑side clients.
- Understanding of the key financial markets’ trends.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, emerging industry trends & use cases.
- Good knowledge of LSEG Workspace and LSEG solutions, with focus on FX.
- Blend of strategic and operational skills, sales acumen and ability to engage with customers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team player attitude.
- Hands‑on expertise in MS Copilot, Excel and PPT are critical.

Compensation and Benefits
LSEG is committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 85,400 € and 142,400 €. In addition, the role is eligible for an Annual Bonus Plan. LSEG roles (excluding internships) are typically eligible for inclusion in the LSEG Benefits program, which includes health care, retirement planning, paid volunteering days and wellbeing initiatives.
