We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the Full‑Tick Replatform Programme within Data & Feeds, part of the Data & Analytics Division at LSEG. The role sits within the Data & Feeds transformation landscape and is accountable for delivering the programme, a strategically important initiative focused on modernisation, resilience, and scalability of full‑tick market data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Full‑Tick Programme, ensuring agreed business outcomes, milestones, and benefits are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Translate Full‑Tick strategic objectives into a clear programme roadmap, delivery plan, and integrated milestones aligned to Data & Feeds priorities.
  • Own and maintain the programme plan, managing interdependencies across technology, data platforms, feed distribution, operations, and product workstreams.
  • Manage programme financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance management and change control.
  • Establish and operate robust programme‑level governance, including risk, issue, dependency, and decision management in line with the Group’s Change Framework.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, driving mitigation actions and clear escalation where required to enable timely decision‑making.
  • Produce high‑quality programme reporting for senior stakeholders, transformation governance, and central PMO audiences to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners, fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience delivering complex technical programmes.
  • Strong understanding of core programme management disciplines, with experience operating within structured change frameworks and hybrid / agile delivery models.
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical product managers, engineers, and architects through active immersion in programme content.
  • Proactive approach to identifying delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, with the confidence to drive resolution collaboratively; solid financial management capability, including budget management, forecasting, and contribution to business case development.
  • Experience using project and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Clarity, or Asana.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, gather relevant data, and produce clear insight for decision‑makers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders and third‑party partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high‑quality planning, reporting, and governance artefacts.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing programme and project delivery resources.
  • Degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualification.
