We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Director, Risk Product Lead to drive the strategy, delivery, and transformation of enterprise risk platforms across the Group. This role will own the end-to-end product and technology agenda supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), spanning both financial and non-financial risk domains. The role will lead the development of next-generation risk capabilities powered by large-scale data platforms, modern architectures, and AI-driven insights, while ensuring robustness, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
The ideal leader will bring deep technical expertise, strong domain knowledge across Enterprise Risk, Financial Risk, and Non-Financial Risk, and proven experience in building and scaling global teams. They will play a critical role in establishing the foundational platforms for ERMF, while enabling innovation and transformation across Corporate Functions. This is a critical leadership position that partners across Risk, Engineering, Data, and Business functions to elevate the Group’s risk capability and ensure it is future‑fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the product and platform strategy for enterprise risk systems aligned with the Group’s ERMF.
- Serve as the single accountable leader for core risk platforms spanning financial and non‑financial risk.
- Lead the design and implementation of foundational risk capabilities, enabling a consistent and scalable ERMF across the organization.
- Establish long‑term roadmaps aligned with Risk, Corporate Functions, and Engineering strategies.
- Product & Platform Delivery
- Lead global teams responsible for the build, integration, testing, release, and operation of risk platforms.
- Drive modern engineering practices including API‑led architecture, DevSecOps, automation, and cloud‑native delivery.
- Ensure platforms support risk aggregation, reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements with high performance and resilience.
- Oversee vendor partners and engineering suppliers, ensuring quality, scalability, and accountability.
- Data & Platform Enablement
- Architect and scale large data platforms to support enterprise‑wide risk data aggregation and analytics.
- Establish strong data foundations including governance, lineage, quality, and accessibility across risk domains.
- Enable a unified view of risk across financial and non‑financial areas through integrated data and platforms.
- Transformation & Innovation
- Drive the evolution and simplification of the risk technology landscape, reducing fragmentation and technical debt.
- Apply AI/ML use cases to enhance risk identification, monitoring, and predictive insights.
- Introduce modern capabilities such as real‑time risk monitoring, advanced analytics, and event‑driven architectures.

- Technical & Domain Expertise
- Strong experience delivering enterprise‑scale risk platforms, data platforms, or product‑led technology solutions.
- Deep domain expertise in Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks (ERMF), Financial Risk, and Non‑Financial Risk.
- Proven experience building and scaling large data ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of risk data aggregation, reporting, and regulatory expectations.
- Experience applying AI/ML within risk, data, or analytics domains.
- Broad experience across RFT (Risk, Finance, Treasury) landscapes and integrations.
- Leadership & Delivery
- Proven ability to lead global teams and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.
