Role Description

Provides key support to the Head of Business Management Cyber Security and Technology Risk to ensure smooth operations and sound governance of the Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Business Management Cyber Security and Engineering Risk in the day-to-day delivery of strategic objectives
  • Lead a range of business processes supporting financial tracking and approvals, data ingestion for management reporting, third-party vendor information gathering, Risk Management / Audit, and IT Controls
  • Maintain accurate data sets for the Cyber Security and Engineering Risk function, providing timely extracts and analyses
  • Interpret data to reach conclusions and present insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize cost effectiveness
  • Implement new processes and utilise metrics for collecting, analysing, and reporting efficiency; recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate timelines, templates, and submissions for key processes and project outcomes; manage calendars, processes, and tools
  • Assemble and track post-meeting actions; coordinate with partners
  • Draft materials with communications teams (board papers, presentations, executive briefs, etc.)
  • Support planning and logistics for offsite and other activities
  • Drive ad-hoc projects for the Division

Candidate Profile / Minimum Requirements

  • Degree (or equivalent) and/or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Technology sector in a Business Management / Chief of Staff / COO role
  • Experience in PowerBI and crafting dashboards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate at all levels
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Organised and methodical; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate information and communicate findings
