As a graduate, you will join one of our flagship trading services – London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise – or LCH our global leading multi-asset clearing houses. Successful graduates will join LSEG’s Markets division on the rotational programme. We help customers across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while granting access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes, fostering growth for customers, communities, and economies worldwide.
The dynamic nature of the division means graduates will join a fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important. This graduate programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions. As a graduate, you can expect exposure/rotations across:
- Solve problems for our FX customers! We understand their business goals, maintain relationships with existing customers, keep them informed and deal with post-sale activity.
- Research analysis into global markets which could have a focus on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder and geographic analysis.
- Delivery of business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Risk teams, which involves monitoring and analysing risks, and interpreting data in readiness for the delivery of risk projects or reporting.
Joining as a graduate will allow you to be an individual contributor, assist the product lifecycle, and work as a team to develop specialist skills. To allow us to place you in the right area, during the recruitment process we will get to know your skills and interests and how they align with the needs of the business.
To be eligible, you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2027.

Recruitment Process:
- The first stage of the recruitment process involves making an application and submitting your resume.
- The next stage of the application process is an untimed Immersive Online Assessment. The assessment is designed to give you an insight into what it’s like to work at LSEG.
- The second stage is a video interview where you will answer a series of questions using a strength-based interview style.
- The final stage is a half-day assessment centre which involves several different types of exercises – further information is provided at the point of invite.
