The Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality & catering lecturer to join our team. You will be teaching students of varying abilities – from Level 1 to Level 3. You will work closely with the Curriculum Manager on the expansion and development of the department, helping us to deliver the highest quality education for every student. With your valuable industry experience, you will help inspire the next generation of skilled experts, supporting people from all backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions. You will also play a key role in promoting the courses across the hospitality & catering curriculum area, taking part in marketing events and sharing your experiences in hospitality or catering.

Skills and Experience: For this role, you will need to have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. You will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) – and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this). You will need to have great communication skills - able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups, in an engaging way. You will also need efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
