The Role

Are you passionate about the construction industry? Do you enjoy working in a supportive role that makes a difference in the learning experience? This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to support the STEM Team. As a supporting staff member you will assist lecturers with lesson preparations, maintain workshops and tools, support learners of various levels, and help implement health and safety measures. Your contribution will ensure a smooth learning journey for both educators and learners and help them acquire skills for further study, employment or apprenticeships.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Carpentry qualification and industry experience. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire others, and bring strong organisational and IT knowledge to support the team.
