London South East Colleges (LSEC) is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide person-centred help for learners with SEN on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will support access to learning programmes and college services, helping individuals develop study skills and educational outcomes, including EHCP-related targets.

You will work with students individually or in small groups, encouraging participation, modelling independence, and maintaining safeguarding and inclusive practices.
