The Role
Are you a recent HR or Business graduate passionate about making a difference in education? We have a great opportunity for a People Graduate to join our team in Orpington, providing vital HR administrative support. The requirement of this role will be to manage daily inquiries and applications in the People Team Service Desk and recruitment inbox. The role will also involve:
- Ensuring staff have job descriptions and employment contracts and assist with basic employee relations tasks.
- Support with more complex case work, such as minute-taking.
- Learn and use HR systems for reporting.
- Handle on-boarding, including contracts and inductions.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Process staff departures.
- Make required HR system changes.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with meetings.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have a dedication to implementing college policies as well as a proven experience in admin.
