London South East Colleges is looking for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing, Communications and External Engagement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, organised and interested in developing a career in marketing, communications or digital media while gaining a recognised qualification.

In this role you will support a wide range of marketing and communications activity across the College and the wider Elevare Civic Education Group. You will help create engaging content for digital screens and campus displays, support marketing campaigns and events, and play a key role in coordinating the College Ambassador scheme for open days, enrolment and recruitment activities.

You will also help manage marketing materials and inventory, assist with the production of campaign and student voice materials, and support the team with administrative tasks such as purchase orders, supplier coordination and proof-reading. The role will give you the opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to initiatives that promote the College and support student recruitment and engagement.

You do not need previous marketing experience, but you should have a genuine interest in communications, creativity and digital media. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn in a busy and collaborative environment.

This apprenticeship will be primarily based at our Orpington campus, with occasional travel to other College and school sites. As part of the apprenticeship, at least 20% of your working time will be dedicated to training and study. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship delivered by London South East Colleges, with training sessions held monthly at our Bromley or Plumstead campuses.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, attention to detail and good organisational ability. You should be confident using IT systems, able to manage your time effectively and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Creativity, initiative and a positive attitude will be important in this role.

Benefits

We offer a highly competitive benefits package, including excellent annual leave and a generous pension through the Teachers' Pension Scheme or Local Government Pension Scheme depending on role. Additional benefits include:

  • Access to the Discounts for Teachers portal
  • Free Wi-Fi access in over 10,000 locations worldwide through Eduroam
