London South East Colleges is seeking to recruit an Apprentice Chef de Partie to work within BR6 restaurant at our Orpington Campus. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the culinary field. Responsibilities

  • Support daily kitchen operations for BR6, Bakehouse and Terrace areas
  • Work under the direction of the Head Chef and senior kitchen team
  • Carry out duties as allocated within a team environment
