The Role

An experienced ICT Lecturer is required to teach learners at our Plumstead campus across all the levels of ICT qualifications. Ideally you will need knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications, have experience with ICT and Computing and have up to date knowledge of the industry.

The suitable candidate will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure the individual learner gains the appropriate skills in readiness for further study, employment or an apprenticeship.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
  • A minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) – and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this).
  • Great communication skills - able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups, in an engaging way.
  • Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
