A experienced Construction Apprenticeship Skills Coach is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of the Construction Apprenticeship provision for L4 Quantity Surveying & Site Supervision. They should be willing to assist the Curriculum Manager with the curriculum development and the expansion and development of the department as well as the promotion of other courses in the Apprentices provision and participate in marketing events as required.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching and/or skill coach assessments within the construction industry at L4 or equivalent industrial experience. They will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy and be a qualified FE teacher or assessor or be willing to work towards this. They would have the ability to articulate clearly and to be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups and have efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.
