About the role
We are looking for a Senior Team Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across our Adult Community Learning, Employment & Innovation and Distance Learning provision. This is a key operational role, supporting the smooth running of programmes and ensuring a consistently high standard of service for learners, staff and external partners. You will work closely with curriculum leaders and managers to support day-to-day delivery, ensuring systems, processes and communication run effectively. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across departmental activity
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support curriculum teams with timetables, registrations, completions and audit tracking
- Monitor learner attendance and follow up as required
- Maintain accurate records across college systems
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes and track actions
- Support delivery of events, enrolment and open days
- Liaise with learners, employers and suppliers
- Manage basic financial processes including purchase orders and invoice checks
- Carry out general office duties and ensure a safe working environment
