We are seeking a Digital Apprenticeship Service Advisor to play a key role in supporting the delivery and administration of our apprenticeship provision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with employers and internal teams in a fast-paced FE environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating activity across the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), working closely with Key Account Managers, employers and MIS colleagues. Your work will ensure that apprenticeship records are accurate, compliant and up to date, enabling the College to meet funding and performance requirements.

The role requires regular engagement with employers, supporting them through the DAS process and ensuring all required steps are completed correctly and on time. You will also contribute to agreed KPIs and provide accurate reporting to support operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate DAS activity with employers, Key Account Managers and MIS teams
  • Ensure employers are invited to, set up on and actively using the DAS system
  • Support employers through the DAS process, including cohort creation and approvals
  • Confirm learner starts and ensure alignment between DAS records and enrolment paperwork
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Maintain performance against agreed KPIs and contribute to regular reporting
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other systems to track activity and provide data insights
  • Attend and contribute to team, departmental and whole-college meetings as required

You will be well organised, comfortable managing your own workload and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You will understand the importance of accurate data and compliance and be able to work collaboratively across teams.
