London South East Colleges (LSEC) is seeking a motivated IT 2nd Line Service & Support Engineer to join the IT Services team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The role covers staff and student IT support across multiple campuses to ensure reliable IT services for teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will provide both 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot Windows 11 and M365 environments, and participate in proactive checks, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
