About the role
We're looking for a dynamic and resilient Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor to join our team at Bromley Campus. This role is an opportunity to make a genuine impact every day by supporting students to overcome challenges, re‑engage with learning and thrive within a positive, inclusive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students to overcome barriers to learning through targeted, personalised interventions
- Using de‑escalation and trauma‑informed approaches to manage and improve behaviour
- Embedding restorative practice across the college to promote accountability and growth
- Helping students build resilience, confidence and self‑management skills
- Working collaboratively with staff to create a consistent, inclusive approach to behaviour and engagement
- Delivering training and sharing best practice to strengthen behaviour support across teams
