Overview
We\\\âre looking for a confident and organised individual to join our apprenticeship team as the new ePortfolio and Digital Lead. This is a key role in ensuring our digital platforms work seamlessly for staff, apprentices, and employers throughout the full apprenticeship journeyâfrom onboarding through to end-point assessment.
Youâll be the go-to person for managing and developing our use of platforms such as Smart Assessor, eApprentice, BKSB and esignup. Working closely with colleagues across Curriculum, Business Development, and Quality, youâll provide system training, develop resources, resolve issues, and ensure apprentices are properly supported to succeed.
Youâll also play a central role in setting up apprenticeship programmes within esignup and ensuring Business Development Managers are equipped to use it effectively. As we transition to new systems like eApprentice, youâll support a smooth implementation, helping everyone stay on track.
This is a hands-on, practical role with a real impact. Weâre looking for someone with:
- Strong IT and systems knowledge, especially within the apprenticeship or FE context
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to solving problems and helping others
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams
Experience with ePortfolio platforms and a background in apprenticeships or work-based learning is highly desirable.
If you\\\âre someone who enjoys making systems work better for people, thrives on variety, and takes pride in getting the details right, weâd love to hear from you.
