We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and experienced team. Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people? At Bramley Oak Academy you would be working within a specialist setting that values both challenge and support. Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils' emotional regulation and engagement across the school day.
- Help develop pupils' social and personal skills.
- Support learning in English and Mathematics.

The candidate
- Do you have a desire to work with some of the most complex young people in our community?
- Are you a strong communicator and able to build relationships?
- Do you have high levels of resilience and a calm, positive approach?
- You must have sufficient command of spoken English, as defined under the Code of Practice on English language requirements for public sector workers.
Hours
33 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Term time only.
