Due to a rapid increase in pupil numbers, Bramley Grange Academy (BGA) is excited to be recruiting three Learning Mentors to join our supportive and caring team from September.

As a Learning Mentor at BGA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils who need additional help to thrive—academically, socially and emotionally. • Has a warm, calm and positive approach
  • Can build trusting relationships with vulnerable pupils
  • Is patient, resilient and compassionate
  • May be returning from university, changing career, or seeking progression into education, SEND or pastoral work

Previous experience is helpful, but not essential – the right attitude and commitment matter most.

What we offer:

  • A welcoming, inclusive and supportive school community
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference every day
  • Excellent professional development and training
  • A role that offers variety, challenge and a truly exciting journey supporting our pupils

At Bramley Grange Academy, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported and valued. If you share that belief, we would love to hear from you. Come and be part of something special. Apply now to join our growing team.
