LSEAT is seeking an experienced Operational Behaviour Manager to join our team at the Hastings campus from September 2026. In this role, you will lead and coordinate behaviour support across the school, oversee the deployment of support staff, and ensure adherence to behaviour management policies.

You will also manage student routines, implement interventions for disengaged pupils, and help maintain a supportive learning environment. Commitment to safeguarding children is essential, and successful candidates must complete an enhanced DBS check.
