The Director of Commercial and Union Operations is responsible for the strategic direction and effective operational management of the commercial services and facilities which includes venues, bars, catering, events, and the fitness centre. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team the Director of Commercial Union Operations will lead the development of commercial services to deliver exceptional services to our customers and members that maximises profitability.
