Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join the Out of Hours District Nursing Team at Buckshaw Village Health Centre in Chorley. The post is Band 5, 30 hours per week, fixed term for 9 months (maternity cover). Salary ranges £32,073–£39,043 per annum, pro rata.
The role involves holistic patient care, working in a multidisciplinary team, flexible hours across a seven-day rota, and supporting patients in their homes and communities.
