Join Our Team as a Music Teacher! Are you passionate about music and inspiring young minds? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our team in Manchester. If you have a love for music and enjoy working with students, we want to hear from you!

Location: Bolton

Salary: £150-£170 per day

Hours: 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday), 8.30am-4.30pm

About Us: LSC is a team of subject specialists who support primary schools across the UK with PPA cover. Our team of educators is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment for our students.

Role Overview: As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective music lessons to primary school students. You will create a positive learning atmosphere, encourage student participation, and help students develop their musical skills and appreciation for music.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
  • Teaching: Deliver dynamic and interactive music lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Music or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable).

Experience:

  • Previous experience teaching music at the primary level.
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
