LSC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the London region and its team of around 30 teachers and 20 partner schools, delivering high-quality Primary School PPA cover. This role combines leadership with hands-on delivery and strong partnerships with schools and central teams.
Based remotely with regular site visits, you will drive operational and financial performance, recruit and develop leaders, ensure safety and compliance, and promote the company’s values across the region.
