Location: Birmingham (B13 9EH)
Salary: Up to £130-£160 per day
Hours: Up to 50 hours per week (during school holidays only)
Contract Type: Perm, fixed term or casual contracts available (11 weeks of the year – holiday periods)
Days: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm

Who are LSC:
LSC are a team of subject specialists delivering PPA cover, wraparound care and holiday clubs across the UK! Our mission is to give children the best opportunity to see and achieve their potential and nurture their passion, whether that be foreign language, music, drama, art, PE we’ve got it covered!
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within LSC for an experienced practitioner on one of our holiday clubs in Birmingham. You will create a safe and stimulating environment for young children to thrive on our industry-leading programs, which focus on sport, physical activity, and play.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operational Leadership: Lead coaches and educators on-site at your setting.

Standards Compliance: Ensure LSC standards are met and settings comply with Ofsted requirements and all regulatory requirements.

Program Delivery: Deliver holiday club provision, including Arts & Crafts and showcasing our theme weeks.

Relationship Management: Be ‘the face’ of the site and champion the relationships with children and families, greeting them in and waving them off when they leave.
We’d Love to Meet Someone With:

Qualifications: A childcare related qualification or level 3 TA qualification (desirable)

Experience: Leading a team and parent communication.

First Aid: Paediatric first aid would be beneficial but not essential.

Compliance: Sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance.

Attitude: A passionate and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting and motivating a staff team and communicating with children and families.
