The Role… The role will be to lead with the end-to-end operations on one of our Ofsted registered breakfast and after school club sites within the region. Ensuring all minimum performance standards and compliance are met across the school you lead in.
What you will be doing …
- Organise resources as required
- Support with staff training
- Contribute to the design of activities and content
- Support marketing with the co-ordination of ‘on the ground’ activity such as leaflet drops and assemblies
- Support central support with actioning feedback and customer engagement
- Engage and share social content with networks/groups
- Drive quality and standards at all settings in region
- Communicate with your team and the wider team effectively
- Champion family relationships and be the ‘go to’ person on site
- Lead and deliver engaging, safe, and quality childcare provision

Essential- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Highly organised self-starter with an eye for detail
- Excellent knowledge and experience of wrap around care provision
- A passionate and positive attitude towards supporting and motivating a staff team.
- Fantastic Communicator
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
- 3 years of childcare/wraparound care experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Food hygiene level 2
- Paediatric first aid
- Safeguarding level 2
