Salary: £8 per hour (for first year)
Contract: Fixed-term (15 months including End-Point Assessment)

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our school as an Apprentice Community Activator Coach (CAC). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of our pupils, families and wider community through sport and physical activity. As a Community Activator Coach, you will plan, deliver and evaluate engaging, inclusive and fun physical activities that inspire positive behaviour change and encourage active lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality sport, physical activity and PE support across the school
- Plan and lead sessions for pupils of all ages and abilities
- Support lunchtime, after‑school clubs and holiday provision
- Assist in delivering a varied extracurricular sports programme
- Work with staff and external partners to enhance physical activity opportunities
- Support pupils’ participation in competitive sports events
- Help develop initiatives such as pupil leadership and volunteer programmes
- Encourage participation and engagement across the whole school community
