We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Ambulance Care Assistants for our secure transport services.
As an Ambulance Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support during their transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Assist patients with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients throughout the transportation process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for the secure transportation of patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the ambulance vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and trip details.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends & nights.
- Previous experience in mental health specific roles or patient care is a plus but not essential as full training will be given.
