Required
- Bachelor\’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX and 3-4 End-to-End D365 FO Implementation as a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect.
- Ability to lead a group of Functional and Technical consultants to design, develop, and implement solutions.
- Experience in following modules is highly desirable: Finance, Inventory and warehouse management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Production, Engineering change Management, Master Planning, Production Control.
- Good understanding and exposure to Process Industry manufacturing, Planning Optimization, Contract Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Forecast, and able to configure BOM, Formulas, and Production costing (Costing Sheet & Costing versions).
- Worked with Contract manufacturers and Third-Party Logistics.
- Functional consulting skills to manage requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, training, and hyper care support.
- Exposure to Go-Live issues and fixing are preferred.
- Working knowledge of D365 FO/FSCM/AX’s interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
- Working independently and in teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Able to manage a team of 6-10.
- Ability and flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models.
Preferred
- Planning and prioritization skills.
- At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
- At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
- Management experience is a plus.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
