  • Environment Strategy & Planning : Expertise in defining and managing environment roadmaps for Oracle Fusion (SaaS, PaaS, EPM).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud : Hands-on experience with SaaS Pods, patching cycles, refreshes, and segmentation.
  • Release & Change Management : Strong background in planning, scheduling, and executing releases across multiple environments.
  • PaaS & Integration Tools : Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), IDCS, IAM, and other integration platforms.
  • EPM Cloud Management : Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS), including provisioning and maintenance.
  • Access & Data Management : Skilled in managing secure access and executing data refresh strategies.
  • Incident & Problem Management : Ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environment issues.
  • Automation & Scripting : Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) for environment tasks.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Cloud Monitoring & DevOps (Desirable) : Knowledge of OCI Monitoring, Dynatrace, and DevOps practices in cloud environments.
