Key Skills of the Job Description – FMP Environment Manager
- Environment Strategy & Planning: Expertise in defining and managing environment roadmaps for Oracle Fusion (SaaS, PaaS, EPM).
- Oracle Fusion Cloud: Hands-on experience with SaaS Pods, patching cycles, refreshes, and segmentation.
- Release & Change Management: Strong background in planning, scheduling, and executing releases across multiple environments.
- PaaS & Integration Tools: Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), IDCS, IAM, and other integration platforms.
- EPM Cloud Management: Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS), including provisioning and maintenance.
- Access & Data Management: Skilled in managing secure access and executing data refresh strategies.
- Incident & Problem Management: Ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environment issues.
- Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) for environment tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
