  • Serve as the technical authority on Service Now architecture, design, and best practices. \n
  • Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance. \n
  • Lead the design and implementation of Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, Sec Ops, and custom applications. \n
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and integrations with other enterprise systems. \n
  • Provide technical leadership in solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards. \n
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives. \n
  • Mentor and guide Service Now developers and administrators on technical best practices. \n
  • Stay updated on Service Now product releases, marketplace solutions, and industry trends to recommend enhancements. \n
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements. \n \n Required Qualifications \n \n
  • Strong experience with Service Now ITSM and at least 2 other modules (TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, Sec Ops). \n
  • Proven expertise in Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, etc.). \n
  • Experience with Service Now Scripting (Java Script, Glide, Flow Designer) and Service Now data model. \n
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices. \n
  • Experience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery. \n
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n
  • Telecom domain Experience is MUST \n \n Preferred Qualifications \n Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA). \n Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules. \n Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD). \n Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward certification. \n Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. \n Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems. \n

  • Implementation of Service Now Modules, administration, improvement and support of latest Service Now platform. \n
  • Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of Service Now. \n
  • Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients Service Now instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows. \n
  • Extensive experience of working with Service Now glide objects such as Glide Records, Glide System, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax etc. \n
  • Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in Service Now \n
  • Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients \n
  • Perform Service Now upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage of the latest releases of the Service Now application ensuring implementation occurs in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations \n
  • Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible \n
  • Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and production environments \n
  • Experience analysing the issue, estimating the efforts and proposing solutions or prototyping. Rigorously follow Service Now development best practices. \n
  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP \n
  • Flexible and has the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently \n
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now and demonstrable experience with Service Now platform navigation, administration, configuration, and Scripting \n
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus) \n
  • Understanding of Agile based approach to software development (SCRUM experience a plus) \n
  • Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirements \n
  • Effective communication skills via verbal and non-verbal methods \n
