Minimum 5 years’ proven hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform ownership in an enterprise environment.

  • Expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities including declarative automation, security, governance, and user management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration toolset and accompanying add-ons.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, Web APIs, and connected app management.
  • Extensive practical experience in Salesforce Flows, including complex record-triggered flows, orchestration, sub flows, and error handling strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong experience in software development life cycle methodologies, including working in an Agile approach.
  • Experience in release management and deployments, in particular a CI / CD framework.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred).
