Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential Experience:
- Ability to develop in C with demonstrable experience in a Linux environment.
- Knowledge or ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Experience in working and developing in an agile way-of-working and associated tooling.
- Good working knowledge of Mobile Service Platforms, Smartphones, Mobile Broadband devices (modems, routers) and related applications.
Desirable Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in engineering software in eNodeB or gNodeB stacks.
- 5G CU/RU/DU architecture, 5G data, messaging or popular internet communication service architecture.
- Experience in certifying solutions with bodies such as 3GPP and O-RAN.
- Experience in working with Software Defined Radio and/or Digital Signal Processing.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade mobile solutions.
Skills:
- Pro-active individual with the ability and desire to work in an established yet growing start-up environment without the support of larger telecommunication companies processes and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate to customer and internal stakeholders, via presentation and other documentation types, both remotely and in-person.
- A team builder, who will facilitate inter-team communication and possibly build their own.

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent.
