We are looking for a Jira Administrator with strong expertise in integrating Jira with third-party tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, and JFrog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Jira integrations with external tools (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog, ServiceNow).
  • Assist in defining and optimizing pipeline configurations through Jira workflows and automation.
  • Establish and document best practices for DevOps tool management and collaboration.
  • Ensure smooth communication and traceability across the development and deployment lifecycle.
  • Migration of projects/data from ADO to Jira cloud with defined fields/workflows.
  • Understand and design principles for Pre-CAB and CAB approval process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira integrations and automation.
  • Expertise with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
