LS2Y is seeking a confident, organised Community Wellbeing and Family Support Coordinator to help deliver Healthy Working Lives and Families Together across Kirklees. Based at Chestnut Centre, Huddersfield, you will coordinate day-to-day activity, support volunteers and partners, and help families access practical support in their communities.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities and experience with community groups.
