The Role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team from our Whitstable office. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate quotations, managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records, and supporting our Sales Managers and Direct Sales Representatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare professional quotations in Odoo CRM with accurate pricing, taxes, discounts, and delivery charges.
  • Manage customer enquiries and communicate quotation status clearly.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and product records, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and product information.
  • Perform quality checks on all quotations and assist with audits.
  • Participate in training and suggest improvements to sales processes.
