Base Pay Range
Contract terms:
- Salary: ÂŁ29,986.75 (inclusive of LLA)
- Contract type: Fixed Term
- Contract Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Contract Length: January – December 2026
- Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
- Working Location: London based, hybrid role with requirement to attend the AEG client offices 4 days a week.

About The Role
This role will be working directly with our client, AEG, within the Global Partnerships team that oversees worldwide sales and activation of sponsorships for AEG’s entire portfolio of assets. It involves creating customised and innovative marketing programs for established and emerging brands, contributing to iconic brand partnerships such as The O2 in London and Coachella Music Festival. The division manages naming rights deals and other strategic partnerships, operating out of London and covering regions outside of North America.
The Partnerships Coordinator (Activation) will support the Partnerships Manager in delivering partnerships across AEG Festivals including BST Hyde Park, C2C and other key partner events. The role requires confidence working across multiple projects, a positive “can do” attitude, strong organisation, high attention to detail, passion for brands and music, and flexibility for weekend festivals.
