LS Development Ltd is a growing organisation focused on delivering high-quality projects and tailored solutions for clients across diverse industries.

We are currently building a 11 Units residential project in central Birmingham.

Role Description

The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project schedules, tracking progress, updating documentation, and preparing status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

The role will involve coordinating with suppliers, expeditors, and logistics contacts to ensure materials, inspections, and resources are delivered on time and in line with project requirements.

The Junior Project Manager will help identify risks, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gun Quarter, Birmingham, requiring regular collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with expeditor teams and expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
  • Foundational project management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and supporting project documentation.
  • Experience or familiarity with inspection activities, quality checks, and coordination of project-related compliance reviews.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics management, including coordination of shipments, deliveries, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
