Role Description: This is a full-time, hybrid-work role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with employment law. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, administering compensation and benefits, identifying training and development needs, and fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational objectives and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
- Proficiency in managing compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Management of recruitment, selection and offer processes
- Experience with managing, investigating and resolving employee relations issues including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Experience in designing and managing employee benefits and compensation programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training and development initiatives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR) are required
- Experience in multi-national or cross-cultural work environments is preferred
