Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a consistent, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, overseeing employer branding initiatives, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.
The role also involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs, support onboarding activities, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques to ensure fair, structured, and effective candidate assessment.
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives, talent attraction campaigns, and promoting a compelling employee value proposition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with business needs.
- Knowledge of UK employment practices and regulations, with a commitment to equitable and non-discriminatory hiring.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
