Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Take charge of monitoring stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager when items are running low.
- Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations.
- Host Assistance: Assist the Head Host in managing the seven rooms, ensuring smooth seating and guest flow.
- Training Support: Assist in training new staff on menu items and service procedures to maintain high standards of service and consistency.
- Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.
- Lost and Found Follow-up: Take responsibility for following up on lost and found items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Handling Complaints: Address customer comments or complaints promptly and professionally. If issues cannot be resolved, elevate them to the Restaurant Manager for assistance.
- Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that service runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professionalism
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or bar environment preferred (but not always required)
- Basic knowledge of alcohol, cocktails, and bar service is an advantage

Working Hours
- 3pm β 10:30pm
- 3pm β 12am (Friday & Saturday)
- 5.5 days work week, alternating between 5 and 6 days work shift.
