We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our global Risk team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong drafting skills and comfort working with commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, concise and confident.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and able to balance multiple priorities.
- A practical, 'can-do' approach with high energy and curiosity.
- A genuine team player with strong core values aligned to our purpose and culture.
- Willingness and ability to attend the Birmingham office at least three days per week.
Experience supporting risk, compliance, investigations, or related areas is preferred.
