We are seeking a highly organized, detail‐driven Program Operations & Quality Lead to support a global outsourced program. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Programs team and the LRQA Assessment/Auditing team, ensuring seamless coordination, consistent quality, and operational excellence across all field assessments. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys cross‐functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high‐quality program outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination & Scheduling
    • Oversee and manage the end‐to‐end scheduling of visits across global markets.
    • Ensure alignment between program requirements, auditor availability, and market timelines.
    • Maintain clear communication channels between the Programs team, Assessment team, and Auditors for escalation and quality alignment.
  • Auditor Management & Calibration
    • Lead calibration efforts across all auditing teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in assessments.
    • Own the auditor training lifecycle, including onboarding, refresher training, and updates to methodology or tools.
    • Provide ongoing support to auditors regarding field instructions, program updates, and operational guidance.
  • Quality Assurance & Report Oversight
    • Implement and manage a structured report review process to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to program standards.
    • Monitor quality trends and proactively address gaps through training, communication, or process improvements.
    • Serve as the escalation point for issues arising during audits, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.
  • Program Reporting & Insights
    • Support the maintenance of final program dashboards and reporting outputs.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and actionable insights.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in program operations, quality assurance, field auditing, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‐functional teams across the globe.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Fluency in English.
