Role Purpose

To lead and deliver people-focused initiatives that drive organizational transformation. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles and embedding sustainable change across the business, with a strong focus on employee experience, engagement, and cultural alignment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in change management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for improving employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption while minimising resistance to change and negative impacts on business performance. Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses. Build and deliver a comprehensive communication and training strategy as part of change implementation, utilising established internal communication channels and tools.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of people-related projects, including HRIS system related change. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Direct and coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor and change champion across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and change effectiveness. Identify lessons learned and apply insights to future initiatives. Promote a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous learning.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in leading complex business change, with an emphasis on organisation design / implementation and business transformation.
  • Ability to coach members of the project team, executives and others who need assistance and advice regarding project management practices.
  • Strong experience of change and project management principles, methodologies, and tools and evidence of successful delivery of complex change.
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment in which this role may not directly control resources.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with personal drive and self-sufficiency.
  • PMP, PRINCE, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
