LRQA is seeking a visionary Head of SOC Engineering to lead platform modernisation, automation and AI-enabled security operations. You will drive a major MSSP transformation, migrate from LogRhythm, build a new SOAR, and shape MDR/XDR offerings while ensuring secure, scalable delivery across government and commercial customers.

You will lead multiple engineering teams, partner with vendors, and translate business goals into a resilient technology roadmap, governance and delivery excellence.
