We are seeking experienced contractors to deliver audits or technical services on an assignment‑by‑assignment basis. Engagements are defined by agreed scopes of work, deliverables, time‑scales, and fees, with no guarantee of ongoing or exclusive work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned audits or technical services in line with applicable standards, scheme requirements, and client criteria.
  • Apply professional judgement consistently and impartially within approved scope.
  • Complete reports and documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Use LRQA systems for submission of deliverables where contractually required.
  • Escalate risks, conflicts of interest, or technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act in accordance with LRQA’s Code of Ethics.
  • Comply with client site rules and applicable health and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience delivering services relevant to the applicable scheme(s).
  • Appropriate professional qualifications and approvals.
  • Sector experience relevant to the assignment (e.g. retail, hospitality, seafood, agriculture).
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines.

Working Relationship

Contractors operate on a non-exclusive basis and are responsible for their own tax, insurance, and statutory obligations. Engagement is subject to successful onboarding, approval, and ongoing performance monitoring.
