We are seeking experienced and motivated auditors to support a global retail assurance programme across a diverse non-food supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple categories, including apparel, homeware, electronics, consumer goods, and general merchandise, delivering high-quality audits that protect brand integrity, product compliance, and customer experience. The audits are non-food and we require auditors with ISO lead, qualification in manufacturing, production, or engineering and 2-3 years experience in an auditing or technical role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and remote audits across supplier facilities, warehouses, and retail environments
  • Assess compliance against client standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice
  • Identify risks, non-conformances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Produce clear, accurate, and timely audit reports
  • Engage professionally with suppliers and stakeholders, providing insight and challenge where appropriate

About You

  • ISO lead, qualification in manufacturing, production, or engineering
  • 2-3 years experience in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain auditing (non-food categories preferred)
  • Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and product safety requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks within consumer goods sectors
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple regions and cultures
  • Professional integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
