Job Description:
Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Systems Specialist is responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing technology and automation strategies to increase demand generation and sales growth.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and data teams on projects, vendor selection, and solution implementation.
- Providing recommendations, reports, and presentations to inform technology decisions.
- Delivering improvements to digital marketing systems, managing platforms, workflows, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing Technology Manager in aligning IT and marketing, system upgrades, and issue resolution, especially related to marketing automation and CRM.
- Serving as a subject matter expert in Dynamics – Customer Insights Journeys, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, supporting training and best practices.
- Supporting the implementation and optimization of AI-powered marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign management, including A/B testing frameworks.
- Documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting website maintenance and microsite development.
- Monitoring data quality and compliance within Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Supporting platform implementation, integration, and optimization to enhance efficiency and personalization.
- Improving marketing ROI through website, CRM, and automation enhancements, establishing frameworks for global and regional teams.
- Collaborating with teams and agencies to deliver digital marketing channels effectively.
- Researching industry trends and exploring new digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Facilitating training for digital marketing teams and managing budgets, scope, and contracts with agencies.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in marketing or related field with hands-on experience in digital marketing, website management, and automation.
- Knowledge of Dynamics, Optimizely Web CMS, AI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and similar systems.
- Experience in setting up personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales support.
- Budget management and contract negotiation experience.
- Familiarity with Demandbase, Microsoft Dynamics, Drift, or similar platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS is preferred.
- Ability to analyze results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Passion for marketing innovation and emerging technologies.
- Result-oriented, flexible, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and marketing consent management.
